Does anybody know of a free autolooper for Windows or Linux? I seem to recall the existence of one, but it seems that either my memory is untrustworthy or I've jumped quanta into another universe...
Wait... loot _then_ burn? D'oh!

Good Luck
The only way to do it right is by Ear ...and Viewing the sample Magnified.
The autoloopers work on a few sounds but for the most part ... You will need to adjust each loop point on its own.
Believe me ... It takes alot of work to get right ... I just edited a few thousand Loops in Samples. Only a few looped proper with the autoloopers.
Any of the ones on the market all leave clicky points even with the so called crossfades etc... It is an Artform to do sample loop points properly.

Yeah, I'm finding this to be painfully true... and it's surprising what a little ibuprofen and booze can do! One takes away the pain, one makes you not care if it's there. My spies inform me that manytone wrote:I meant to add...
It is not only the free ones ... Even the Programs that you pay for cannot properly auto do loop points. On some sounds sure ...but most sounds ..will give trouble and not come out satisfactory.
Again Ears and a good editor is what it takes .. And some Medication to ease the Pain.

Gotta say im really, really impressed with zero -X seemless looper. has great autolooper functions, finds lots of alternate loop points, you can choose the one you like, but like they said above you still have to use your ears to get loops close to perfect. only 40$ US from http://www.beatcreator.com/
