I have nothing against a developer making some positive comments about their product, as long as they are being truthful, and not hiding their connection to the product. The same goes for beta testers. As long as they state they were beta testers for a particular product, I see nothing wrong with them expressing their opinion. It's only when they hide their connection to the product, that I get disappointed.
As for forum newbies, I have no problem with newbies expressing their opinions, or possibly asking questions that most of us have figured out the answers for long ago. In the later case, that's one of the primary reasons such forums exist, to help people find answers to questions.
I suppose, most of you probably feel the same way?

I have nothing to do with r66 developer. I'm living in france (non native english speaker as you probably noticed), I am 29 yr old, I studied audio engineering at SAE in Paris, I'm a guitar player, I mostly play indie rock music and I do some engineering but not professionnally... What else?

relax man. Don't take the whole KvR circus too serious or you're in trouble. Some people here are very special (as in real life) and some are even very helpful.
Do yourself a favour and avoid bashing certain people as ttoz and mr. bones and you're fine.

Have your own opinion and find out who the people are who know what they are talking about and not only stating their uniformed narrow point of view.
And I suggest that you don't ask questions like "Which plugin does sound like a Virus?" or "which distcrushdelayverbanalogue plugin is the best?"
Use the search function instead. There's already plenty of nonsense about such things filed on the KvR HDs.
