Woooooo! :-o :-o Thanks a million for the tip! Way better! Man, I love this forum.

Yeah, seems kinda underrated in the history of things - maybe because it was pricy. That's OK...it's a secret weapon... 8)

Shipping won't be that high, you have to ask them for an exact quote. Furthermore, they might be able to send it to you through e-mail or something, as they do with the Powercore plug-ins.

Post

Damn... that's a bargain- even though old, they are top plugs. Can you still register those, discontinued products and all?

Post

Totally agreement about the compressor here. It rocks as a channel comp on just about any material.

Post

Amen. Too bad they ditched VST altogether! Maybe they didn't sell that many - at the time it might have been hard to compete with Waves for hi-end plug-ins.

Post

when were those released anyways? the tc page says version 3.1 but no release date.

Post

Oh jeez...circa 1999/2000?

TC Electronic has updated their Native Bundle to version 3.1, adding the Sonic Destructor plug-in and a newly-reduced price tag of USD 299/EUR 260.

Post

ah, so they're about 1½ years old from the latest version then.

They didn't, they just release everything on the Powercore platform now (VST, AU, RTAS), for copy protection reasons.

OK, I meant "ditched non-powercore users"...you know what I mean. I can't go out and just buy TC stuff like Native Bundle, like we used to.

And sorry, I was thinking of the earlier TC Bundle. I think Native Bundle 3.0 actually came out in '02, if we're being sticklers for detail, which we tend to be around here. ;)

That's because so few did so when they could.
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer
