I've recorded 30 seconds of a latin/jazz tune I remember from years ago but sadly do not remember the name of. The file is only 0.5MB in size and is located at audioshots >>>here<<<
If anyone knows what it is, I'd love to know. Thanks.

Sounds like Antonio Carlos Jobim, but nothing specific comes to mind.
If I go insane, please don't put your wires in my brain

I know it isn't Jobim. I believe it was a contemporary piece when I heard it (about 12 years ago I think). It is quite frustrating - I have no idea how to search for this.

VERY beautiful piece - I think it's chord progression sounds like many, many songs in this genre, so I wouldn't worry about that. As for the lead melody, doesn't ring a bell here either. Great guitar!!! I loooove this.

Bumpity bumpity.
I'm beginning to think that only through serendipity will I find the name for this tune. But it's worth a try.
