Hi, I've asked this question over at the Cakewalk forums, but I still haven't got all the answers. I've also emailed Edirol about a week ago, no response.
Here's my question:
Edirol Europe offer a free upgrade from Cakewalk Project 5 V1.5 to V2, if you purchased Project 5 between 1 Feb and 30 Apr. You have to send in a receipt etc. and they ask for a 18 Euro handling fee, but they don't tell you how to pay it.
Now has anybody here already upgraded Project 5 this way ? How did you pay the fee (other than by cheques, as I don't have cheques)?
Thanks a lot,
Zerobae
EDIT: Edirol have finally replied to my emails. There are three ways of paying the handling charge. 1. Enclose a cheque, 2. via credit card, 3. bank transfer. 3 works slowest, 2 fastest.
If you want to take advantage of 2 or 3, just enclose a note with your form and receipt that they should contact you on further proceeding.
That's what I've been told by Edirol, just in case anybody else was wondering...

I sent a cheque with the form. You could always give them a phone/mobile number and ask them to call you for a credit card authorisation. Or phone them up, and ask them if they'll take a direct bank transfer.

Thanks, whyterabbyt. I've included my phone number and email address with the upgrade form and a note to contact me on the issue, let's see how this works.
