Maybe he's come to a sort of compromise. He needs/wants the creative output, but won't ever bother to read emails/kvr again because some people are dorks. I suppose he hit that "yeah, whatever, tell it to /dev/null..." point.

MAN!!! To the developer that made this limiter thank you much!! I just re-mixed a blues guitar track called "Gritty Strat" and your limiter gave it that majic that was missing...thanks a million for sharing this with us. I am not that great at mixing but this really helps me with my projects. Thanks again!

He *IS* back! And he's already updated the Pocket Limiter to version 1.1 (haven't checked what's new/fixed yet though).

Daniel:
I've looked through a whole bunch of posts about your previous life here at KVR. You and your plugins have made quite an impact. Just wanted to say thanx for making a difference.

Justified, shhh....you'll ruuuuiinnnn it.
It's not like you just can't drop the master volume or track faders to compensate though. Easy enough.
I'm sorry this post wasn't about techno.

I´m sitting here with a new limiter
plugin (TLs4032 brickwall Limiter) ,doing the final
touches but I find myself asking the question "why should I release it?". (and no this isn´t a PR stunt to hype things...)
During the last year I have recieved a tremendous
amount of e-mails from people. Many "great job man!"
that is always heart warming!
But there are 4 categories that bothers me:
category 1:
Hey! How come that you don´t charge anything for
your plugs... are you stupid or something?
category 2:
Poor sod.. obviously you don´t know what´s best for you.. I must help you.
category 3:
Well since you are wasting your time , sitting and
doing what ever you do then I will step in and tell
you what to do so Me/Myself and I can benefit SOMETHING from your "waste of time ,no money" hobby.
category 4:
Hey! This is really good.. infact it´s almost so
good that I concider using it... so why the hell haven´t you got bla bla implemented?!
Of course nobody blur this out in my face but the
essens inbetween the lines is in the end a feeling of deep dis-respect.
