I have just spoken (over the phone) to a Sales from Edirol Europe, and they offer crossgrade to Project5 from FL Studio & Acid Pro (I've only asked for the ones I own) for 199 EUR.
OK, most of you may have put their hands on a cheaper v1.5 and will have a free upgrade... but it still seems to be a nice deal for the others.
I was thinking about upgrading to Acid Pro 5, but P5 for only a little more cash is very tempting (isn't it ?). I hope the news have not been posted before.

The cheapest I could find (online & in french webshops only) is 190 EUR, and there is an 18 EUR delivery cost to get the free upgrade to v2. But if anyone knows of a shop with stock left at under 180 EUR (& delivering to France), I'd take it happily !
