Hey guys, as you know in SONY ACID, when you are using SONY ACID LOOPS SAMPLE CDs, you can automatically see the original key and tempo. Is there any way to get this info from FL Studio 5? Does that info somehow carry over? Thanks.

this isn't taken in the reason directly possibly, only over appropriate detours...the "keys" are taken but the corresponding "bpm", can be investigated only about a "slicer"...in this window you then can do this "original speed" and take the appropriate "bars"...
could you follow this?...is it somehow understandable?...i hope to be able to help ;) ...cya

There is a 'detect tempo' option in the fruity sampler somewhere. Ive seen it produce info that came with sample. There is also a 'get properties' option in the same row but havent used that yet. You will find it in the fruity sampler, upper left corner, click it.

Yes, i know about the slicer and detect tempo feature. I should have left that out. What im really looking to find out is how to detect the key. I guess from there I could adjust the picth +/- 100 cents to match my song... i could also do it by ear, but to have it automatically show me the key would be a no-brainer. anyone?...
