It is more Everything Else than it is Off Topic, I think.

Anyways ... It is tough to set a date so far off.

So for now then, are we all okay with End Sept - Oct sometime? For me i won't 100% know if I can make it untill just before anyways. But Sept - October sounds best here at the moment.

Oh hey guys, maybe I can set a gig up with my band (RnA) in Vegas for sometime in Sept-Oct timeframe, so I may be able to make it. I will let you know if this happens sometime later.

I'm in for Las Vegas between September & October as long as it's after Labor Day (the 1st week in September). I live in Los Angeles, so getting to Las Vegas is no problem for me.

I grew up in Chicago and still have family there so it'd be okay for me too. It's still warm there in September and October.

Now if somehow the Vegas meetup doesn't work out, maybe we could have three separate KvR meetups. You know, 1 for the east, 1 for the midwest and 1 for the west.

So what does one do at such a shindig?

Are there any plans besides "meet in Vegas"? Is this as simple as one night of drinking with your virtual mates, or something complex as renting a space and some equipment to jam?

Nothing is planned yet.
I was hoping someone Local to Vegas would join in the thread and help to set up a Meeting space / maybe a Jam space, that would be Cool.
It is still a ways off so hopefully we will sort something more than just a Piss up

Anybody out there in Vegas that has some ideas on this? Maybe if we booked a group of rooms at 1 hotel ...we could maybe get a meeting room there or something? Even a small place for an Acoustic or Unplugged type Jam would be nice.

Anyways..... Idears Welcome
