Hi there,
thanks a lot for this great reverb. I've been using it on my latest production and I really like the overall userfriendly and good sounding manner of it!
What really impressed me was the fact that I used three instances of it - all sounded completley different and did a very good job in their dedicated ways. I never seen (or heared) this with other reverb plugins before...
Well done!

Any other first time posters have any overwhelmingly positive comments to add?

Peace, guys! I think, this isn't the right place to talk like this. If you want to talk about your ideas, please open another thread!
Now, let me say a few words. I've been testing the demo, because I was looking for a practical, efficient reverb for native applications, that was flexible and good sounding at the same time. I own a TC M6000, a Quantec Yardstick and a Lexikon PCM91 (though I know the 960L very well, too) and I really love them. They have all their own sound, own character and are useful for different applications.
But I do a lot of work on my notebook, at home, live or whereever, and I must admit, I've never seen a native reverb plugin before, that was so flexible and easy to use at the same time. The sound quality may not reach the big machines, but it _is_ definitly very good, I like the character very much and it fullfills my expectations.
And in the studio, I will be glad to complete my collection of nice reverbs
So, please keep reasonable! Nobody should expect a 960L or a VSS4 for 189 Euros! Even the VSS3 (that I don't like very much) costs about 600 Euros. Other plugins sound often worse for me or aren't that flexible or intuitive to use.
So take it as a chance to get an universal, non cpu eating reverb that sounds good on most signals, with just a couple of mouseclicks.
Cheers!

Perhaps in the interest of fairness somebody could register as Dumb Kopf, say that they have their own Concert Hall, echo chamber and plate and assert that by comparison it "sounds like shit" in 1000 words or less

Hi again,
unfortunatly i was partly misunderstood. I do not favor the Artsacoustic Reverb over my other reverbs. All instruments and effects I use for my productions have to be useable somehow and fit in the mix.
And as i stated in another post I do a lot of production work on my laptop and as a matter of fact I only take my software reverbs on the road.
Regards!

thanks for your report. we will of course fix this asap.
we are glad you like it!
check our forum frequently, it will be stated there if we managed to
solve this problem.
kind regards,
nic at artsacoustic
Doesn't it seem odd that they sign their posts very similarly (this was taken from an email). I will say this. I have tried the demo and I LOVE the sound of it. For the price, I'm trying to decide whether I'll buy it or not. I do know that the customer support is great! I got that email back 2 HOURS after sending the original.
I think this product shouldn't be bought based on user review, but it should be bought based on how you think the demo sounds.
The whole first time poster thing is pretty funny.

it's another shameless marketing technique. I think he gets picked on only because this is like the 3rd arts acoustic thread in a week and i'm sick of seeing it ;p

Hello,
first in the name of our customers and second in our name i have to declare the following statements:
* We do not relay on any non political correct PR actions
* Beside that user "TimKnopf" is obviously our customer we do not have any other relationships
* As every user had his "first time" discovering the forum world, posting, finding information it is quite natural to start posting somewhere about some topic. Usually this is a topic which is at this point of time important or interesting for a forum user.

Then why all the new topics Alex?? if people are interested, they'll seek out your site and get your products, overly ambitious marketing is SICKENING!
f**k it, we all get drowned in ads everywere we go, on the radio, on the telly in the news paper and all the lame ads here at Kvr, I hate it all..if I want a product I'll find it myself. Shit it's all about making money isn't it? man, there are easier ways to make money than make music software that we all know is the most pirated type of software out there.
So why? why all the hype and PR...Stop it please!

1. anouncement.
2. demo release.
3. final release of the product.
this is usual information, and happens very often for a lot of products here on kvr.
noone of us signs up with different names for illegally maketing. you will not see any posts of
us than from our three artsacoustic founders, which are alex, oli and nick.
all our posts are singned namely + our artsacoustic banner.
we don`t hype our products.
however, you don`t have to read the topic.
so nothing goes wrong here.
if people state that they like this product, take it as it is. it`s just as simple as that.
this is a forum dedicated to exchange opinions about plugins.
this is what the people write about here. not more.
so please, end theese assumptions as they are completely groundless, and stay on the topic (one of the rules here on kvr)
thank you.
