Has anyone else had this problem?

I've registered two NI products but they don't show up along with my other registrations.

One -- Absynth -- I just bought from no_barcode. Saturday, when it arrived, I tried to register and got an almost immediate email saying the license was still in his name. No trouble, I waited a while longer. Today I tried again, and didn't get that "sorry, Charlie" email. Cool, it worked? Nope. Aby isn't in my list of licenses, and I can't download related files.

The other -- FM7 -- I bought last year, brand spanking new, from zzounds or maybe audiomidi. Same deal (except of course I never got an "already registered to someone else" email). I tried again today to register FM7, got through the whole process, no go. :-(

Any ideas?

Also (possibly related) every time I click the "Additional Registration" link on the main NI reg page, I get an error "Session interrupted" page, saying I must have done something wrong. Nonsense, I've been very careful. But I still get that error. I click the "return to previous page" button, try a second time, and get the initial registration form with a serial number field.

I think the NI site is in the midst of some rather nasty growing pains and has been for a little while now. Wish I had some advice for you, but at this point I would pick up the phone; emails take forever.

Exciting update: After some futzing around, I managed to get first FM7 Sounds 1, then FM7 itself registered. (Still getting that annoying session interrupted error, but what the hey.) Now let's try the biggie...

I'm wishing they had left the site alone. Ah well. Phone sounds good to me. I'll wait an hour or so, 'til noon in California. [edit] Oops... I meant noon here, nine ayem in Calif! :-D

I had this issue with Kontakt V2 - just send NI the relevant details and they will contact you within 2 days (normally)- with your registration code.

Okay, after repeated tries, things are finally sticking. FM7 family and Aby 1 are both "in there" now, and I'm having a go at Aby 2 now.

I misread what you typed -- thought you were saying you need to buy Absynth 2 ...
