i'd have to see what shape my expenses and schedule are in at the time (im going to be moving a few weeks from then), but i'd certainly try to attend a vegas kvr meet too.

Nothing is planned yet.
I was hoping someone Local to Vegas would join in the thread and help to set up a Meeting space / maybe a Jam space, that would be Cool.
It is still a ways off so hopefully we will sort something more than just a Piss up

Anybody out there in Vegas that has some ideas on this? Maybe if we booked a group of rooms at 1 hotel ...we could maybe get a meeting room there or something? Even a small place for an Acoustic or Unplugged type Jam would be nice.

Anyways..... Idears Welcome This is nothing Official yet.

I haven't read all the pages of this thread but I'd love to meet you all here in my hometown. I'd suggest perhaps October since July-August-September can be a bit warm. I might be able to help with room rates/meeting space depending on how many people are coming. Or we could just hit the strip and paint the town red.

Let me know what the plans are so far.

a bunch of people who want to play but no one proposing any kinda shit that sounds like it'll happen, eg. can you look on a calendar and pick a w/e w/o stuf written on it, say that one, then at least it's a proposition instead of intention.

No Plans yet ... That is why we needed someone from Vegas area to help us sort this.

It would be cool to arrange a Space in a Hotel or something where we could have a small gathering for 1 night anyways. Perhaps try to get a few instruments and a small Sound system to play the CD Tracks we may accumulate till then. Maybe a small unplugged type Jam thing. ... Some small Club or Bar in the area may even let us use a space perhaps as we will be Buying our Drinks and Partying there? What do you think Marc.

Just my thaughts ... What do you others suggest?

Yes that will work. It will take some time and as much advance notice as possible but this town is full of clubs/bars venues etc. It would also help to have a rough estimate as to how many people will attend. I'll start looking around for a suitable place.
