midi , audio util tools??

hello, im messing around with some nice plugs , that can be usefull, wormhole,freewire, vst2mid , mid2vst... and i think i saw somewhere sometime ago something called audio2midi , and midi2audio, do you know if this exists or is just my imagination, ..?
