I bought it this morning  and had a little play with it... ALL DAY!!!

Are you a registered user of T1? Perhaps it was only the on-line update for T1 users thats out???

I bought it today and I´m already using it ;-)

but it might takle a little till it is in the shops.

The download version is without all the (cutdown or freeware) plugs.
sound is vibration, vibration is life

some questions I have...

question 1: how does upgrade for tracktion 1 users cost?

question 2: what would Tracktion 2 give me that FL doesn't?

question 3: how do they (Tracktion and FL) work together? (via rewire or FL as vst)

thanks

No, I'm not a registered user of T1. So maybe I'll have to wait for the full release... But at least they have got the product out in some form, so maybe it won't be too long.

I'm trying to decide between T2 and FLStudio for my main host. Any thoughts anyone?

Some online stores are stating the ship date is May 9th...which is only a few more sleeps!
perception: the stuff reality is made of.

Yeah, I think I do want all the plugs... Although it seems like alot of them are freeware to begin with. I'm not sure.

Ah Ok now I see - must have only been the on-line upgrade.

It cant be that far off if they are accepting T1 users cash since this morning...

I use Fruity on my laptop and T1/2 on my Mac and love 'em both - perhaps there is a way you could use both?

I know there is Express version of Fruity for $49 and if you have the NFR version of T1 there is a price break I think something like $80???

Great idea!!! Never considered that... Using Fruits for just the looping (that's what it's best at anyway), and doing my audio tracking in a cut down version of T1... Duh....

For some limited brain fuction reason, I keep thinking "one or the other". I guess I'm caught up in the "one host that does it all" concept.

Hey you T2 users, feel free to submit your reviews for us new host shoppers out here!!
Especially anyone using emulatorX in vst, i'm also curious how good the external sync works-i have a hardware daw (yamaha aw4416), will T2 display measures and/or timecode, for example? Also i heard T2 had trouble syncing, it was suggested to use it as master, the aw4416 manual suggests the opposite...

thanks,
rg

I saw it at Sam Ash yesterday. I was surprised to see it there so soon or at all. I'm used to thinking of it as a downloadable only program.
