SpinAudio ModFX

I am thinking of getting the Essential Plugins Bundle. I noticed it says on the Spin site that you get the upcoming ModFX plug-in for free. There seems to be no info on this plugin though. Can anyone shed some light on what it might be?

I also notice that the current plugins are SpinEQ, FX designer, SpinDelay, RoomVerb M1. On the Spin Forum it says

Essential Bundle 2.0 (PC/MAC) release is planned for the end of july.

The bundle will include: -RoomVerb M1 2.0 -SpinDelay 3.0 -ModFX 1.0 -SpinEQ 2.0 (4/10 band versions).

There is no mention of FX Designer. Is it possible that ModFX will replace it?
