I use Novation Remote 25 in ableton live, not as intuitive to use during mixdown, templates are kind of outdated, and nothing new on the novation site.
Plus the location of the mix section is in the upper right corner, movement of faders not good, its got a cheap feel.
I know there is mackie control with automation, and the steinberg one, but anything cheaper with a keyboard too?

Why don't you get a Behringer BCF2000, which has a Mackie emulation mode and keep your keyboard as well?

The SAC-2 *is* a very nice controller...but cheap it definately is not. Sorry for the slip.
