A Few questions about making a sample LIB

1. Is it legal to sell a sample library for Kontakt 2 (do I have to contact NI first?)?
2. What's a good way to reproduce the DVD (Single layer DVD data disk)?

Id love to give you a precise answer mate, but i really dont know! Im pretty sure you dont need permission to release libraries in any sample format. Couldnt tell you about DVD's.
