You can crap on a sheet of paper and copyright the pattern it makes. It is unlikely, however, that someone will exactly copy the pattern with their own crap and paper. However, if they happen to make a color photocopy of the pattern then this could be in breach of your copyright (provided you indicated that the pattern was copyrighted with a (c) etc.).
You can't, however, obtain a patent for crapping on paper - the technique isn't novel enough any more and there is too much prior art.
