Someone asked for a picture of my setup in another thread, so I thought I might as well post it here.
Dont know who remembers how it was, but this is it after a little bit of investment in kit.
I only got the Remote61 a coupla weeks ago, but it was basically the last thing I was after, and Im still sorta in the process of tidying things up, which means I have a shedload of cabling still to make up to hook everythng up via the patchbay, but its mostly in the right place now... and it's all nice and usable as is.

And its still the same rented flat, so I still cant do anything about the wallpaper...

'Fraid not. One of the new features of the XP2 was that you could fit more than one firmware chip and swap between them on the fly... but they company apparantly got taken over and they never ported the vocoder software over to the XP2
And yeah, they got a nicely gutsy sound. And the joystick is fun

Yeah, thats it in the rack. I meant the red thing on top of the big keyboard, but I guess its part of the G2 also. How does it sound? I've never heard one.whyterabbyt wrote:o'malley; there's a Nord G2 Engine in the rack, and also a GuitarPort sat on top of my EMU 1820M; is that what you mean?
