Hi,

I know there are some plugins out there that can analize the eq from a track and then you can apply that certain eq on your own track...does anybody know which plugins can do that?

I think the plugin most known for doing so is called Harbal(?). But, I also think that Voxengo CurveEQ does it.

Indeed. HarBal isn't VST yet though AFAIK. I own CurveEq and I like it a lot.

There's also the aged Steinberg FreeFilter.
