I've lost respect for my kid. Today I asked my son to make me a site just like that. I'm not ashamed of plagiarism (I know a good doctor). My son said it was WAY beyond his abilities. He said I could pay someone maybe $1,000 to do it, or I could make my OTHER son learn how!

There are quite a few sites out there now that take this kind of approach. What it takes is Flash MX 2004, some third-party integration tools preferably, and lots of heavy coding (not to mention a good idea).

Not sure who created this site - reminds me of a less grungy version of some of what the folks at We Fail have been doing.
