you're absolutely right.
Point is, I have the VintageModulator. And I'm also much too short of time for checking every Plugin/peace of software without a concrete need (which, btw, by chance might provide exactly that one case where the difference won't become obvious). So, I was just thinking someone else already has made this study and will share his experience with the public. That's the reason for my question..

One of those 2 features is the 0 latency, so you can send the effect before the dry signal, isn't it?
IMO they're not really comparable: The VM does more than the AF Chorus, and AF is more than just the Chorus
