Scoring in SX3

How is the score-editing in Cubase SX3 compared to Sibelius and Finale? Any opinions?

Sibelius and Finale are far better for scoring as that is their only function they are not sequencers.

The score-editor in Cubase is more for turning your MIDI tracks into a score than it is composition. To get anything resembling something you would call sheet music is a total PITA. If you spend a LOT of time figureing it out it is actually really powerful, but I ditched trying a long time ago when a friend showed me Sebilius. It's no contest.
If you have to ask, you can't afford the answer
