Sickle: There's a three-CD Jobim set packaged in a very cool wire-bound book. The "pages" that hold the CDs are die-cut in interesting shapes. IIRC the packaging design won an award... and the tunes are pretty good too.

Just looked it up: "The Man From Ipanema." (figures)
