Upgrade ST2L to XL

it says 4 more CDs, so is this gonna be the new ST2XL, with the additional sounds that squids was talking about, or is it gonna be the "original" ST2XL?

I've posted this question before, but it looks like it was overlooked. How can I join the group buy and place an order for the upgrade with it together in 1 step?
Sorry for asking moer than once, but I'd love an answer quickly so I can be amoung the first 50 to join.

Congrads on your decision to get into the group buy tele. You will love it! Squids has said it's a separate sign up. You can enter the group buy through the group buy page, and use the page you posted to get the upgrade. Actually, signing up this way will get you epointz for each purchase, too, so you'll get $10 in epointz. If you use harmonygardens as a referrer, it would be greatly appreciated.

Squids himself will have to address whether this qualifies you for the 2.1 sound upgrade when it comes out, but I would think it would.

You know, I have been looking closely at it, and it just doesn't say ANYTHING about that. I can say that what is shown there are the original disks. Squids has said that L owners are eligable for the 2.1 upgrade, and has said it would be $100 for L owners. My "assumption" would be that this would qualify you for that. I can't picture Squids charging you $100 for these four disks, and then not ship you the upgrades when they come out. If you want to get in to be one of the first 50, I would say go ahead and sign up for the group buy now, and wait for full confirmation from Squids to be sure. I would think that if you sign up for the group buy now, you could still add the sound upgrade before it ships, and save shipping cost having them ship at the same time. It may require a call to esoundz, but I think they would do that. HTH

Okay so here is where I get confused...

I went to the link listed by telebunke after having joined the Group Buy but it says "To qualify for this product, you must be a registered owner (at IK Multimedia) of SampleTank 2L" but I won't be a registered owner until after the group buy is over and I receive my order. Will this upgrade still be available or does it expire at the end of the group buy?

You can definately buy the upgrade if you're in the group buy.

Squids talks about this in the group buy thread.

I think we're going to have to add that manually so you can just tell sales@esoundz.com to add that to your order when it goes through or they can instruct you exactly how to get it if it isn't obvious.

Yes that's how it's gonna be. Just received a mail from esoundz, saying it is that way. Upgrade to the new soundset included.

For everybody's information I'm also gonna quote this from the group buy thread:

There are a couple of other benefits of this:

1. Deal also qualifies for $150 off of Miroslav Philharmonik when it comes out.

2. Pay only $99 more and get ST2XL instead of L with a free upgrade to the 2.1 sound set.

3. Deal ALSO qualifies for discounted upgrade to AmpliTube 2 when it comes out (I think less than $200 to get AT2 upgrade and you still get to keep your AT1 which will sound and work different- the best of both worlds).

The uprade has to be placed as a separate order. One can call esoundz or mail them and ask them to ship it together.
