I've got a question, and its not really worth starting a new thread over. How do I route one midi channel to multiple devices? In FL, I could just put a bunch of synth1's in a single layer and detune them all to get a super-phat sound, but I can't figure out a way to do this in Cubase, even though I *know* there's got to be a way.

you can set the midi output to one channel, and, in the inspector, select 'sends' tab for that midi track - then select other synths you want that midi to be sent to.the_nihilist wrote:I've got a question, and its not really worth starting a new thread over. Even if this has allready been answered, probably the easiest solution would be using Energy XT - especially since you could save your layers as single presets, which IMO is a godsend.the_nihilist wrote:I've got a question, and its not really worth starting a new thread over. There are 3 kinds of people:

And dont forget to draw with the pencil tool a blank box to edit the midi key editor notes or drum editor notes in.airborne wrote:You've got to set the VSTi to the output of the midi track you've created.
