... Brandon Trinity, that is. Their jointly recorded CD, "Dance Around the Sun and the World," is slated to be slated by reviewers on June 31rd.

Oh, you're just not up on the latest whirl in the fashionable world of the Big Music Business as I am!
Or maybe you haven't thrilled to the dulcet strains of "Dance Around the World" by BT? (Okay, I only listened to a few bars before clicking Stop, but it's the principle of the thing.)
R.E.M. should drop Brandon and issue a CD with just their half of the compilation, maybe call it "Around the Sun."
GuerillaFactAmbush: Did you know that the stalk-like part of a fern is called a "stipe?"

The Stolen Groans are great! They rule! They rock! Uh... I couldn't afford to go see 'em if I saved for a month!
Hey, whatever you like growing up tends to become what you like most later... ;-)

*ahem* "tends to"
You can't jump over my hedge! ;-)
I didn't develop an instant aversion to late 1960s pop music; that didn't happen until after I was drenched in the gooey stuff for some time. Took months of bathing twice daily to get the sound of Tony Orlando and Dawn out of my fur. It's like caramel, I tell you, caramel.

No, luckily for me it took just water.
Like most pop stars of that era, Tony Orlando and Dawn had been chemically processed by being dipped in essence of publicity -- after the treatment they had absolutely no odors of any kind, for their lifetimes. Saved money on anti-perspirants, you see, and in those costumes they'd have needed a lot.
