Can you use REASON's effects in Cubase? I've been searching for the best (and affordable) reverb plugin and I remembered that I liked the reverb in Reason 2.5. I've been using their samplers and synths but never tried to use their effects on audio recorded in Cubase. Is it possible?

No.
But try Ambience and SIR VST.s.

The only work-around would be to export your track (or section of track) from Cubase to .wav files, load those into an NN-XT or NN-19 in Reason, and play the whoooole thing back in one long note. It works, I've done it and I'm legendarily clumsy with this sort of thing. But it's a bit of a bother.

Meffy's right. That's the only way to use Reason's FX on Cubase tracks.
But if you want to try a couple of very good, free reverbs, look here...

I highly recommend both of them.
