Sonalksis Demo Setups LOCO

Hey guys,
I'm feeling the sting of great disappointment today because I want to demo the Sonalksis lineup, but when I try to install, it keeps stopping and saying I don't have enough space on either of my HD's (In truth, between the two of them I have 33 GB free).
OTOH, when I attempted on my laptop, everything installed without any fuss, and I have much less space on my laptop drive.
Both run XP, but the desktop is home, laptop is pro.
Any ideas as to what would cause it to freak out on that one computer? I tried at least one other installer for another program and it worked fine on the desktop.
Thanks much,
Dave

Are you shure your directing it to the proper drive during install?

It won't give me anything to work with. It goes to the "not enough free space" screen during the auto full install. When I try custom install, and try to browse, it just gives me a "that drive is not available" for all possible drives.Alan wrote:Are you shure your directing it to the proper drive during install?

Nick, I do have admin rights. Thanks for the suggestion, though.nick at artsacoustic wrote:totally guessing here, but that could be the problem.Frippertronix wrote: Both run XP, but the desktop is home, laptop is pro.
you might need to have admin rights in the log on on you home edition, for the installation process.
I just posted this at their bulletin board, hope to get a response from the administrator before too long.
