Thanks for posting the program again CCT! I'm sorry to hear about your problems - maybe if you can finish vdumper you can sell it for a modest price though?
Another company is making a similar program for $400 called Samplerobot. If you can work the bugs out of your program and maybe add a few more features it could compete very nicely at a lower price point
Has anyone got the last version to successfully dump external hardware? I'm trying with my WSA1, connected to an audiophile 2496 and just getting crashes. If I try to dump a .wav file, I get an instant crash. If I try to dump a .sf2 file, I get a hung note on my synth, and a ___temp.raw file is created in the target directory, but never a sf2 file. The program then freezes, and needs to be closed with the task manager.

Do whatever you feel would be the best to get your life sorted, CCT!
When you're done with that, I'm sure everybody would warmheartedly welcome you back!

Ok, good news
Long time of thinking, and i back to code
I will release new version probably at monday. I spent six days on debugging so now the code is pretty stable, and finally external recording is working with almost realtime latency. I have some minor problems with clicks etc
But think i will solve them within two days, and then i start to code new features. Also i added VU meters for each VST and other machines that can be added to chain, so now input set up should be easy.
Thanks for good words
Best regards
CCT
