Stand Up Guys

I recently had a major computer crash. Generally do a good job of backing stuff up, but this time, lost about 2 months worth of purchases. I was able to get some e-mail documentation of these purchases and every single company came through providing me with replacements. I am noting this, because some people/companies say (as another company did [not with a music program] "We sent you the software, if you want it, buy it again"--they shall remain nameless) Anyway, wanted to thank the music guys who came through, in no particular order:

When it rains it pours. This may show some messed up priorities, but about 3 days after the computer meltdown, I had a surgery. Laying in the hospital for 4 days, all I could think about was "#%$^&**%^ am I going to replace the software I lost?!?!?" Well, turned out to be fine (both the surgery and software!!)
