Going off memory, the demo was available and registered users could upgrade, but is it in the stores yet, ie retail/boxed version?

You can buy it now, yes. I'm not sure if the boxed version is available, but you can purchase it from any one of a number of online stores.....cost: $149 (USD)

In fact, unless you're a T1 owner, it's ONLY the boxed version that's available. Still seems to be limited availability in certain countries (Canada...grr...) but it's out there.
