uh, sounds like a super EQd and compressed plain saw through a static bandpass filter and transistor distortion (acos shape).. extremely simple. i swear the first time i heard that track it pissed me off. he made like five tracks with exactly the same stuff in slightly different dull and annoying repeating patterns and one of them caught on in the brainless trash music club scene. hurray.
anyway, its an extremely simple sound, dont overcomplicate it.
and why would you want to mimic the exact sound, to play off his success? that would be pathetic, you know?

...one word: sidechaining...unfortunately i haven´t found a freeware compressor with sidechaining....one of the easiest and best sidechain solutions for this kind of sound you get with the TC Native Bundle where you have independant sidechain- and compressor modules...
..kjaerhus stuff like GAC-1 and GUP-1 is also great..but with voxengos crunchessor i didn`t get the sound this tight...

Your comment below is right on... Benny B. has AT LEAST 5 different songs that sound like remixes of Satisfaction. ...Except that they're supposed to be whole new songs.

Here's an .flp that reproduces that bass sound. It's not exact, but it gives you the general idea.
Oh, and I rather like this song, so please don't steal my little melody.

+ there's that godawful remix of California dreamin by the Mamas and the Papas with the same patch. I say stay away from this thing unless you actually are trying to mimic it because some film producer refuses to pay the rights for the beni b track. If this is the case, then rip it off by all means. I don't think Beni B needs the cash. If he does, he can just write another version of the same song over and over again.

try energyxt, its even free if you dont use it commercially and dont need certain features. you'll probably want to support the guy's work though for the quality of what he has done. i would actually buy it myself if it had a few more features, cant remember what i was thinking it needed at the moment though.
