Wow! When I started this thread I never realized that it was such a hot topic! My search for a "decent" filter continues but I have learned to love and respect EVERYTHING a developer puts out for free, because it is their love for music and their love for the future of music technology that we get all these cool freebies. Many folks like myself would not be making music if it weren't for freebies. Thank you devoted developers, your efforts are never in vain!
Now, you may continue to argue. Wink
..what goes around comes around..

(That also answeres the similar remarks to my berhaviour.)shamann wrote:He mentioned in one of the now edited posts that he would delete it if the behaviour he described was considered a bug by the unnamed developer in the unnamed plugin.
Presumably trying not to soil the reputation of a small business developer.
Some of the other ones, I think he just edits if he doesn't like the direction the thread takes.
That's exactly right.
This developer is a nice guy (rather than me
And he promised to find a solution to solve that problem with his plugin. A problem, which may cause demage of equipment.
yes, I am able to "revert decisions".
It's really strange here with some of you.
If I don't move away from my personal opinions, so you bash on me. If I do, so bash on me never the less ...
I know. Every population needs at least one of them, who can be bashed all the time.

oh yeah and remember that the dirtyer the sound, the more the filter will have impact on it.. Just try filtering a sine tone, and then try filtering pink noise.
