Give George's GUI-less version a try (found over at yohng.com)-- this is one freeware limiter you NEED in you arsenal.

I have some troubles with bugpass GUI and ableton live: if I move the cursors on the gui, sound changes ok, but the cursors of live aren't updated. if I move the live's cursors, everything is ok.
edit--same problem with W1 limiter

Regarding bugpass, I'd recommend mosey-ing over to the website (click my sig) and then to the "Bughouse" which is the forum. In the User and Support forum, post your problem-- Christian is extremely quick to respond to concerns, though of course the problem itself takes varying amounts of time to trouble-shoot depending on the complexity of the situation.
