I'm looking for a free vst host that allows vst instruments as well as audio thta i can record, also i see that arent many free good quality vst instruments, if you can help in any of these 2 ereas please reply.thanks

I'm looking for a free host too.

One that:
1. Has a GUI and handles Loop sequencing like Acid
2. Handles Midi sequencing like Studio Vision
3. Handles multi-tracking/editing like Vegas
4. Has an audio engine like Nuendo
5. Handles VSTi's like Project 5
6. Allows CD redbook assembly on the timeline in a multitrack environment like Vegas
7. Has Event Freeze like Live 5
8. Has all the features in Cubase SX3

Can anyone help me out?.....oh yeah and I want it for FREE too

Trust me you havent looked very far.
Try as many freebies as you can.
After trying about 50,or so you will know that there are plenty good free vst,and vsti's.
Try Kristal for audio.
For midi there are trackers like Psycle,Buzz,and SkaleTracker that come to mind.
Maybe look at Frieve Music studio too.
Multitrack studio lite is another possibilty but I think it pretty limited.
