Logic 6 and 7 pro XSkey

Hi any body can help me,,
I have Logic 6 and 7 pro but I can''t use the usb dongle for both it works only with logic 7 pro and with logic 6 I can start the software but i can''t open any file even recent files .
Logic 7 pro on G5 2.5 GHZ osx 10.3.9
Logic 6 on G4 1.22 GHZosx 10.2.8 and PB G4 osx 10.3.5

Details:
There is no other way to use the logic in more than a computer and by using the XSkey number without using the usb dongle freely
I travel allot and sometimes I forget to take the dongle with me so i get stuck i don''t know what to do this is unfair!
