Hi!
I'm currently looking for a VST host with ReWire compatibility to run VST plugins that are incompatible with Cubase SX3. So in short, a VST rack that can be hooked up to Cubase with ReWire and run plugins that Cubase can't run. Does this exist?
EDIT: I just thought about the FXpansion VST > ReWire adaptor. Does this work like a minihost, or how does it work?
ReWire compatible host?

I don't know about rewire to a "simple host"... but if you're having compatibility issues with Cubase, you might try loading EnergyXT into Cubase, and then try your plugin inside that.
EXT has a lot of other features, that's just one of the things it does well. There's a free trial, and it's not very expensive. http://www.xt-hq.com
(I find it odd that a plugin won't play well with Cubase, unless the plugin vendor either broke or pushed the limits of the VST spec).
