Beat me to it - very simple interface, stellar results. Different types of trem waveforms, lock to midi tempo, etc.

Also check out Niall's other plugs, there are some nice little midi utilities in there.

I'd also recommend checking out simple tremolo by slim slow slider and Nomad's free Tremolo, which only has one waveform, but has a nice colouring filter.
