I have done a montage but still only see one track how do I make more tracks or change the view so I can see the tracks I'm not seeing

basically I wanna have an instrumental mp3 on one track and then have another track that I will record my vocals on... how can I do this and by the way thank you all for your help so far

It's all there (several popup buttons for each track (on the left side) with a whole brunch of options)...

Adding new tracks, recording, editing, blending out and in ... multitrackers heaven ...
