I've sent 3 emails over the last 6 days (sent on 1st, 3rd and 4th June) and not had any replies

Yeah I know its eSound'z' not 's'
The addresses I used were Alex@, support@ and shipping@. and yeah *all* were @eSoundz.com. I didn't type the addresses (as I do here) but used the links in the FAQ and, in the case of Alex, replying to his reply to me.
Indeed I was getting prompt replies last month but not since 1st June

Yep, when I sent an email to esoundz I got a reply in less than half an hour...zai wrote:And in my experience...they reply VERY quickly.... Take Mr. Squids for example...sometimes he answers RIGHT-THE-WAY! As if he's not busy already.... :p

I had an issue with the filters for the dowloadable sounds and they responded quickly. When I replied it still wasn't fixed (I didn't know if it was my firefox browser that was the culprit) they got back very quickly again to let me know it would be fixed, and it was.
I think there will always be occasions when things slow down (sickness, short staff etc) but my experience is that they respond very well compared to others.
Don't bother writing or emailing to Adaptec for instance!

Alex, Rob, Dan, Mark and anyone else at esoundz reply as quickly as possible. Perhaps there was an issue with it being received on your end this time for whatever reason. You never know. It can happen. Try contacing them again and you can CC me if you want: dave@sonicreality.com If for any reason you don't get top notch customer service response quickly I will find out why.

The funny thing is that we're all aware of what good customer service is or should be like. Yet, I too am surprised how rare it is to get in the world of commerce. I guess it is easier when you are a small business that has a passion for what we do.zai wrote:This is the service I'm talking about...you go SQUIDS!

Not going to be small if you continue to reply to forum like this at the rate you're going! :pSquids wrote:The funny thing is that we're all aware of what good customer service is or should be like. Were you one of the first 50 to join? Only the first 50 got T-Shirts. It has been a sort of Group Buy tradition for us to make the first 50 a special thing.Mallory wrote:Well I've now had two replies - but it seems I missed out on the t-shirt and I don't know why. Well its not important - its the software that matters
You can always buy a T-Shirt though! They are in the merchandise section of www.esoundz.com Or you can ask for one next time you get something big on esoundz perhaps. If you were one of the first 50 then perhaps they made a mistake!

I was number 47. Maybe my problem was I got confused creating my account while joining the gb and didn't enter anything in the comment box - you asked us to quote the size IIRC.
Not a problem though

I see. Well, ask for one from the sales staff then. I don't think it'll be a problem.Mallory wrote:I was number 47. Maybe my problem was I got confused creating my account while joining the gb and didn't enter anything in the comment box - you asked us to quote the size IIRC.
