Combi patches and velocity ranges

Do combi patches support different velocity ranges for the different components in them?
For example, if I want to make a big lead with some square, triangle, saw and overdriven guitar and add a flute or oboe that only sounds when the velocity of the note played is 100-127, can I do that in Sonik Synth 2? I know the Motif and probably all other big workstations support this function.
Also, will full aftertouch support without rerouting CC be implemented soon?

Not yet but in a future update to Sonik Synth 2 it should be possible since it is based on the SampleTank 2 engine (and thus 2.1 eventually).Farren wrote:Anyway to do this on Sonik Synth 2 though? I haven't bought any of the products yet... Just trying to dig deep for some specific stuff like this first.

You're welcome.Farren wrote:Great, thanks
Hey, actually, for the same price you can almost just pick if it isn't gone already the group buy deal we just did for Sonik Synth 2 and SampleTank 2 L. It gives you a free update to ST2.1 which will have the feature you ask and it reads SS2 sounds so... best of both worlds for the price of one. That's on www.esoundz.com but hurry up. That has been going on for a few weeks or so and it is ending any moment. Of course you can email sales@esoundz.com to get it this week if it is gone off the site. But as of next week it is no more for good.
