HOST A IS KRAP COS IT IS ALL IN KAPITALS.
An idiot on Set Theory:
"In some cases there is an object called red that contains everything that is red. In much the same way a pot is a plate."

Cheers! And obviously you're happy with it. I'll have to check it out, assuming there is a demo. I've been meaning to give it a look for ages, in fact...

My ex-host because it wants to be a SQL server platform for audio. SQL for audio! WTF? And it's now it's owned by an evil supra-national corporation.
My other ex-host because it's so full of bloat and M$ crap that it's obvious they only want to be bought out by M$ thereby rendering the Windows DAW market a footnote in the MS Office family tree!
My current host because it is so filled with promise and over-filled with bugs, incomplete features and ineptly marketed by a marketing company that has gone bankrupt before. Oh and its dreaded RFF.

I'm ready to get hated on here
Host A - I hate this host because it is purple & green. Purple & green what the f**k were they thinking. Now I hear you can change these dumbass colors but still, the default color scheme is ridiculous. Further, using midi in this host was quite bad previously although it suppositely is now better. Dunno cuz I just can't handle looking at those colors any longer
Host B - I hate this host because they created, in my mind, a brilliant sequencer but then they decided to leave the windows platform. Thus making me very sad

Host A: The interface feels 10 years old. Things have changed since 1995, get a clue. No native VST support? Oh but there's a little "wrapper" included. Nice, I wrap my plugs and instead of them being filed into directories like my vst plugs were, I get a list of 300 plugs. How the f**k do I work like that? Please get a clue and you might not be such a CPU hog. DX is dead and so are you.
Host B: Hmmm no mixer? Ok, perhaps I can learn to work without one. It's supposed to be a simple clutter free interface? Yeah right, half of the screen is dedicated to what could have been hidden in a file menu. That wouldn't be so bad, but you can't hide it! I wonder what they were thinking sometimes when they designed some of the features of this host. I really wanted to like this host, but I can't work like this, it's whack.
Host C: Damn I just spent 15 minutes trying to find a way to insert a VST plug. Damn, I thought host A had a f**ked interface, wow this takes the cake, I think I have a headache now. Into the recycle bin you go.
Host D: Damn, I thought this would be different than the version I demoed back in 2000, but it still looks like the same pattern sequencing toy that I tried then. From the name change I figured it would be geared more towards audio and pro studio work. Perhaps I'm missing something, but it looks like a program for beats and nothing more to me.
Host E: I used to like this one back in the day around version 2.0. But sequencers have progressed so far since then. Damn, it installs all kinds of weird Microsoft Framework when I install, what is that all about?? It never aksed me whether I wanted to install that. Sneaky bastards. Ouch, I hit record and a menu comes up just like the old one, I figured for sure that would have changed. I like my host to start recording when I press record. Don't ask me questions, record the f**king audio. Ya know, this host isn't much different than old 2.0 that I used to use, and it's what now, 5.0? It still has the same whack interface, except back then it wasn't as whack. I don't think the competition has anything to worry about.
