yes, i'm looking for an effects rack that shows the guis of the effects straight when you open the rack, and not like it's with most racks, that you have to separately click open the specific fx to see its gui
what I want to do is use the rack in my host's inserts and open all the guis of that particular tracks effects
it would be nice if it would have full waves and dx support ...

Console will do that. It loads, VST/i/DX/i, and will function as a Standalone Host, or can itself be a VST/i/DX/i. However, it won't let on about latency. I can't remember where it stands with latency.
I believe that energyXT will show a thumbnail of a GUI, but requires a click to edit. I seems to recall that PDC is implemented.
I think those are likely to be your best trials to start with!

energyXT also has a recent feature of 'dock' pages, where you can open and arrange your VST GUIs on screen to taste. you can have several pages showing the guis of various plugins, keeping relevant ones together as you wish.
the only problem with your case is that it doesn't support dx plugs.
if you try it tho, the thing to bear in mind is that you RIGHT-CLICK the plugin icon and add it to a new dock page (or an existing one).

Kick, punch, it's all in the mind.
