Must be a big problem. The site has been down all day. I'm glad it's not just me. Hopefully they'll have it up by tonight or tomorrow, at least. I'm trying to authorize some plugins.

I completely respect copyright protection, but if they are going to have a challenge/response system, then they should ensure that their servers are up. Otherwise they should have some sort of workaround if their servers are down. However, I've noticed that they aren't very sensitive to customer relations and this just further substantiates that.

since you can operate the software for thirty days w/o registration , i don't see this as a major problem ...Sascha Franck wrote:Amen.jpinnix wrote:I completely respect copyright protection, but if they are going to have a challenge/response system, then they should ensure that their servers are up.

I'm trying to authorize Intakt/Kompakt for Stormdrum...I could be wrong but I think you have to register before using the program when dealing with third party software....normal wrote:since you can operate the software for thirty days w/o registration , i don't see this as a major problem ...Sascha Franck wrote:Amen.jpinnix wrote:I completely respect copyright protection, but if they are going to have a challenge/response system, then they should ensure that their servers are up.
