I haven’t seen this mentioned on KvR. Melodyne Uno can now be bought as a downloadable product from the Celemony website:

As far as I can see, the only way to integrate it with a sequencer is through FireWire, i.e. no Melodyne Bridge.

I reckon this looks pretty cool, although working with a seperate auto-tuner (etc) still remains something of a mystery.
I guess exporting a wav, tuning it (or whatever) then re-importing it will either be painless or a total PITA.
Worth a look though, eh?
