It would be awesome if Syd could just come out for one song.

I like some of PinkFloyds recordings, but come on they should be old enough by now to understand what responsibility is about.

Floyd rawks! and i'll bet they get more panties thrown on stage than Elton! uh, yeah...

Now all we need is for them to enjoy it so much that they do a World Tour.... or at least a World Tour of Australia. Man, that would be something worth seeing. As it is all I have to look forward to is Motorhead supporting Motley Crue in December. Support for gawddsake. MC are not worthy to be Motorhead roadies.

I believe you do need tickets, and people were asked to text the answer to a question to a certain number, and then they would draw names at random from those that gave the correct answer. At least I think that's what happening (personally not that interested).

I know, but the "quiz-game" is ended yesterday. If I will come from Italy, do you believe that I can assist free to the Live or they will send me home??? I cannot understand this in internet because I don't know so well english...

I personally think that these charidee gigs should put on acts that are relevant today. Twat Bob seems to forget who has the disposable income these days.
Yes, exactly they should fill the bill with tons of flavor of the month bands who nobody's even going to want to see two years from now, let alone twenty. There are always crap bands, the ones that last are the ones who are still relevant for years because they created the trends rather than following them like sheep.

So what you're saying is that the c**t should be showcasing his has-been mates regardless of who wants to see them.
You should be delighted, st. bob obviously agrees.

Derek Shulman is influential enough that, if he wanted Gentle Giant on the bill for something like this, he could do the asking himself (Shulman as record exec is responsible for some of the biggest names in rock&roll!). But it's quite clear that band is resolutely retired.

John Weathers can't play due to health issues. Ray Shulman does computer game music. I think he's the only one still working as a musician.

O.K. sir, specifically who do you think should be given the spot, that will attract more attention and concert goers than a reunited Pink Floyd?

Well if they promise to torture st. bob and man ure to death over a couple of hours, I'd be first in line.

Ah, your main problem is with Mr. Geldof, I see. I'm not really inclined to argue with you on that score, but you didn't answer my question: who would you like to see, if not Pink Floyd? (nominate a band or musician, not torture as public amusement.)[/quote]
