When you say not tuned to concert pitch, I assume you mean Equal Temperament

well..kinda ( although I did notice the microtonal pitches at times)

what I mean is ...put on the VA oscillator, and the SF2 Osc at the same time. Some samples are not in tune with the VA osc. However my suggestion that with these types of voices, either turn off the VA osc, or modulate the VA osc ( or SF2 osc) to create an effect so it adds to the sound and not go ageinst it.

Tim,
are you going to make some patches for this soundfont? Maybe 10 or 12 of them. At least it would give me an idea of what direction to go in.

I like the sound as an addition to the M42. It makes the M42 sound heavenly.

oh yeah..thanks for the reminder...my folks are here and we are doing lots of yardwork..so maybe this week
