I never found the CMOS hex invertor chip though.


... I didn't look very hard though.

Took me a little while to find the demo... It's been a while. The CD4049 inverter is one of the most common chips on the planet I'm going to put the cookbook project pages back up soon so you can get another shot at it...
It's pretty cool what you can get out of $6 bucks worth of parts
