...that song called 'Dans Mon Ile' to me [in english] ? I love the track [the music] and I'm really curious as to what it says. I don't have the lyrics in french either, but I guess that if it's a well known french song someone will know what song I mean.

Those lyrics are too perverted for people to post. All France is very embarassed by that song, so they try and keep it secret. You can expect more people to come and say it's a love song about islands or something: do NOT believe them! It's just the French covering up their Honte.
In short, you don't want to know. Just let it go.

if you give more infos (like artist name
), maybe i can google it in french and find some relevants info ... maybe even the lyrics ....

ok i found it, i think it's the one you're talking about .. anyway i hope so i didn't translate for nothing

it's by Henri Salvador, a famous french singer, there you go
Lyrics :
Dans mon île
In my island
Ah comme on est bien
Oh how good we feel
Dans mon île
In my island (you guessed it this time no
On n'fait jamais rien
We never do nohing
On se dore au soleil
we sunbathe
Qui nous caresse
the sun caressing us
Et l'on paresse
and we're lazying aroung
Sans songer à demain
without thinking of tomorrow
Dans mon île
in my island
Ah comme il fait doux
oh how sweet it is
Bien tranquille
so quiet
Près de ma doudou
by my sweet
Sous les grands cocotiers qui se balancent
under the balancing coconut palms
En silence, nous rêvons de nous.
in silence, we dream of ourselves
Dans mon île
do i have to translate this one again?
Un parfum d'amour
a fragrance of love
Se faufile
is sneaking
Dès la fin du jour
right at dusk
Elle accourt me tendant ses bras dociles
she runs to me, her docile arms open wide
Douce et fragile
soft and fragile
Dans ses plus beaux atours
Ses yeux brillent
her glittering eyes
Et ses cheveux bruns
and her brown hair
S'éparpillent
scatter
Sur le sable fin
on the fine sand
Et nous jouons au jeu d'Adam et Eve
and we play the adam & eve game
Jeu facile
easy game
Qu'ils nous ont appris
that they teached us
Car mon île c'est le Paradis
Because my island, it's paradise
well be gentle for the translation, i'm not as good in english as i'm in french ....
as u can see, it's not as pervert as that
even if i don't like especially his music, this guy is really great and funny, he has such an enjoyment of life, always laughing and laughing .... simply ..not some of today stars ... respect

I just googled the lyrics and found them [it wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be] but you have already translated the thing
Thanks again.

It's pretty good, and you even made an effort to keep some idiomatic expressions, er, idiomatic.
En silence, nous rêvons de nous.
in silence, we dream of yourselves
"ourselves"

as u can see, it's not as pervert as that
Maybe people are reading more into the "lazy sunbathing adam&eve thing"
Or maybe people are in some ultra-industrialized communist country where the idea of purposefully being lazy and sequestering yourself from society is dangerous thinking that should be "re-educated".

"And we're lazying around
without thinking of tomorrow"
That's got to be the most beautiful thing I have ever heard.
